つくば市テクノパーク桜に立地する建物の1階のテナントスペースを、スイーツショップに改装する計画。　誰もが気軽に立ち寄ることができ、ほっこり幸せになる、より多くの笑顔が増えるような、街中のスイーツショップを目指した。限られた予算のため、前の店舗から引き継げるものは再活用しつつ、狭い店舗を広がりのある空間にし、店舗に並ぶスイーツやパンをいかにおいしく可愛く見せるのがキーとなった。

店の中心に、緩やかなアールを描く長いカウンターを配置し、店内に広がりを持たせた。デザインを主張しすぎないシンプルな内装を意識し、スイーツやパンの美味しさとかわいらしさが自然と引き立つ空間とした。 また、カウンターの奥にはキッチンが見える窓を設け、訪れたお客様がパティシエのライブ感ある姿を楽しめるようにした。。

This project involves renovating the ground-floor tenant space of a building located in Tsukuba City into a sweets shop.
The goal was to create a cozy neighborhood sweets shop that anyone can casually stop by, bringing warmth, happiness, and more smiles to the community.Given the limited budget, elements from the previous store were reused where possible. A key challenge was transforming the compact space into one that feels open and spacious, while making the sweets and bread on display look as delicious and charming as possible.

A long counter with a gentle curve was placed at the center of the shop to create a sense of openness. The interior design was kept simple and understated to avoid overpowering the space, allowing the natural appeal of the sweets and bread to stand out.
Additionally, a window was installed behind the counter to provide a view into the kitchen, allowing customers to enjoy the live atmosphere of the patissier at work.

H House

この建築は「創造性、ダイナミックな空間、連続性」をテーマに４人家族が快適に暮らすための家である。家族が日常的に様々な活動を共有できるように、玄関から直接リビング、キッチンへとシームレスに繋がる計画とした。空間の広がりを意識し、造作家具やキッチンカウンターは壁と一体型とし、異なる用途の境界が曖昧となるようにした。上下間を繋ぐ階段は、吹き抜けに面した２階の長い机へと続き、勉強読書エリアと変化していく。さらに、風や光の流れを考慮し、連続した空間の先に窓を設け内と外との繋がりを強化した。不要な要素を極力排除することで空間の連続性とダイナミズムが際立ち、住まい手の創造力を引き出す新たな住空間を追求した。

This house is designed the themes of “creativity, dynamic space, and continuity,” aiming to create a home where a family of four can live comfortably. To allow the family to share various daily activities, the layout seamlessly connects the entrance directly to the living room and kitchen. The design emphasizes spatial expansiveness, with custom furniture and the kitchen counter integrated into the walls, blurring the boundaries between different functions. The staircase, connecting the upper and lower levels, leads to a long desk on the second floor facing the double-height void and transforms into a study and reading area. Additionally, considering the flow of wind and light, windows are placed at the end of the continuous space to enhance the connection between the interior and the exterior. By eliminating unnecessary elements, the continuity and dynamism of the space are accentuated, creating a new living environment that sparks the creativity of its inhabitants.
